The M.S. degree in Nutrition is offered to students who wish to increase their knowledge of nutrition science and acquire skills in laboratory and/or population-based research. It is useful for students interested in nutrition research or a career in industry, as well as for students considering pursuit of a doctoral degree in medicine or other areas of public health and biomedical sciences. M.S. students perform advanced research in nutrition and take graduate nutrition courses.
