Speech and Hearing Sciences

Students can earn a master of science in speech and hearing sciences and meet all requirements for ASHA certification in speech-language pathology. Students not interested in ASHA certification may petition the program coordinator to complete the degree without the clinical requirements, an option that requires additional research experience. Students in the clinical track may take the national Praxis Examination for certification.
