The doctor of clinical nutrition (DCN) program prepares graduates to skillfully address the multifaceted health needs of the individuals they serve, assessing and managing patients/clients experiencing complex chronic illness and promoting wellness through optimal body function. Using a functional medicine framework, students learn to identify the underlying physiological imbalances that cause and contribute to a broad range of illnesses.
