The Industry Scholar certificate is a doctoral program supplemental certificate offered through the College of Engineering's professional development program for PhD students. In addition to the required core professional development seminar, students must earn a minimum B grade in the PhD PD Industry Track Seminar plus an approved supplement such as an industrial internship, chairing a session at an industrial conference, or an approved business or sustainability course.
