The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences prepares students for diverse careers focused on improving individual and family life by offering programs leading to the Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science with concentrations in Dietetics (ACEND accredited); Family, Child and Community Development; and Textiles, Apparel, Merchandising and Management. The Department also provides a secondary education teacher endorsement in Family and Consumer Sciences.
