The Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology is an interdisciplinary undergraduate degree in the health sciences that focuses on the effects of nutrition and exercise on the health of individuals and populations. Housed in the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, it is the only academic program in Washington that integrates instruction and research in both human nutrition and exercise physiology.
