The Whitworth Master in Teaching (MIT) Program is a progressive, performance-based, cohort teacher certification and master's degree program extending over 13 months of full-time coursework and a yearlong school practicum. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates earn a Residency Teacher Certificate and a master in teaching degree. Elementary level requirements total 60 credits and secondary level requirements total 50-52 credits.
