State aid (since 1978) for AL residents attending independent/nonprofit AL postsecondary institutions; not need-based. HS grad or equivalent; undergrad; AL resident per Act 90; U.S. citizen or in process; enrolled full/half-time in an eligible program; satisfactory progress; not pursuing a religious-vocation degree.
