Anatomy and Physiology of Livestock and Poultry

This course provides a fundamental knowledge of major anatomical and physiological features of the skeletal, muscular, endocrine, cardiovascular, urinary, respiratory, and nervous systems of various livestock species. Gross and microanatomy of livestock and poultry will also be covered.
