Understanding Self: Developing a Personal Vision of

Leadership. Successful leadership in organizational settings requires an understanding of human behavior. This understanding begins with the knowledge of self and leads to the understanding of others. The focus of this course is on the individual student. The intent is to enhance the student’s self-awareness of values, beliefs, and attitudes related to successful school leadership.
