This course will focus on food and beverage operations for hotels and events. The course will introduce students to the food and beverage division of hotels: catering and banquets, culinary operations, restaurants/food service outlets, beverage management, and room service. This course will allow students to practice table setting and tablescapes. Food and beverage are an important part of events.
