This course is designed to introduce students to basic digital literacy concepts, such as the binary number system, digital file formats, and the internet. It includes information on computer ethics, web browsers, social media, cloud computing, email, online safety and security, and evaluating online information. Students learn basic computer functions; such as, file management, installing applications, networking, databases, computer programming, and information systems.
