The purpose of this course is to increase the graduate student's knowledge of the victim/survivor's response to trauma, particularly sexual trauma. The focus is on examining the behavioral, psychological, and physiologic response of victims/survivors across the lifespan with consideration of gender and socio-cultural factors.
