Advanced Health Assessment Practicum

This course emphasizes advanced health assessment techniques and skills common to patient evaluation and development of differential diagnoses. Advanced physical assessment skills and identification of common signs and symptoms related to physical examination will be developed. Clinical practicum hours are aligned with current nurse practitioner education standards and located in the course syllabus. Corequisites: NURS 5209 and NURS 5301 both with grades of "B" or better.
