Diagnostic Reasoning and Procedures Practicum

This course examines clinical laboratory diagnostics, imaging tests, and procedures commonly practiced in primary care by advanced practice nurses. Students will learn diagnostic reasoning and clinical decision- making skills through virtual and case simulations. Additionally, students will learn procedures in on-campus intensives as part of the clinical requirements of the course. Students complete 45 practicum hours in this course.
