Interprofessional Concepts for Nurse Leaders. This course provides students a foundation in organizational theories and dynamics to support the nursing leader’s role in improving system-level outcomes in healthcare organizations. The role of patient experience, communication strategies, and interprofessional team dynamics within the context of the organization will be explored. In addition, methods to influence and lead change in healthcare systems will be examined.
