Theoretical Foundations and Role Development of Advanced

Integrative Nursing. This course explores historical processes and role development in advanced nursing practice. Theories and frameworks that guide and inform advanced nursing practice and scholarly inquiry are examined. Integration of theories from nursing, integrative care, and related disciplines provide a foundation for the graduate student to transition into the advance practice role and form a basis for evidence-based practice.
