Nursing Leadership and Administration Role Development

This course provides students the opportunity to synthesize leadership, organizational, and financial skills as they complete preparation for transition to the nurse leader role. Leadership perspectives and diversity from nursing and other professional fields are examined through reflective practice.#Additionally, policy advocacy and development, and disaster management are examined.#
