PRINCIPLES OF FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE 2 – A PATIENT CENTERED APPROACH

HCOP students will use the principles from the Functional Medicine course and the pharmacist’s role in chronic disease state management to approach patient care using nutritional and lifestyle interventions to help prevent, heal, and potentially reverse disease. Students will continue to examine the impact of holistic healing as a path to overall health and wellness through investigation of their own health and wellness.
