Principles of Lean Systems

The course provides an in-depth understanding of the lean principles as they apply to manufacturing and service organizations with emphasis on lean tools and concepts such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, kaizen, waste, takt/cycle time, visual control, six-sigma, mistake proofing, single piece flow, cell design and pull systems.
