Integration of knowledge, theories and skills from the humanities, arts and sciences serves as the foundation for this clinical course. Students will further build upon adult assessment skills necessary for critical thinking in professional nursing practice. Clinical skills related to communication and basic care techniques will be developed through simulation and practice with clients on the clinical unit.
