The determinants of drug movement, pharmacokinetics (modeling) and pharmacodynamics, with a focus on drug-receptor interactions and their detection will be followed by a discussion of adverse drug events and selected drug categories, including cannabinoids, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and antimicrobials.
