A second course in number theory, covering topics of interest to the students and instructor.

This course exposes students to a variety of nutritional topics including nutrient sources and functions, factors influencing nutritional intake, national nutrition guidelines, relationships between nutrition and health and how nutritional factors influence performance. Activities and assignments completed in this course contribute to the achievement of the CIEP Family and Consumer Sciences competencies (Standard 4: Food Science, Dietetics, and Nutrition).

An upper level Painting course treating a special subject or theme as announced. This course may be repeated when the topic varies for a maximum of 12 credit hours.

Instruction in specialized fields within philosophy, such as advanced scholarly projects. Focus varies with each course. May be repeated for credit twice when topics vary.

An upper level Photography course treating a special subject or theme as announced. This course may be repeated when the topic varies for a maximum of 6 credit hours.

Advanced geographic study of various facets of the natural environment; topic selection varies; see instructor. May be duplicated for credit for a total of 12 semester hours.
