Literatures of Spain until 1800

This course is designed to explore Spanish literature from the Middle Ages until the 18th century. This course offers a panoramic view or the main styles and discourses that characterize the evolution of Spain’s culture. Class debates will be the main interaction method during this course. Students’ reading and writing skills will be reinforced and worked on, particularly as it pertains to critical thinking and writing. Writing proficiency is required for a passing grade in this course.
